I also checked my GPU drivers from Nvidia's GeForce Experience, and I managed to confirm that my drivers were indeed up to date. I figured there were no issues with that but nevertheless I decided to do this. On a Steam forum I saw some suggestions to run a scan with an antivirus, which lead to nothing, and to stress test my RAM, CPU and GPU.
Earlier when this happened I decided to look this issue up, obviously. After this, I get a windows themed error in it's separate prompt saying 'DayZ has exited in an unusual manner.', and gives me an error code 'Exit code: 0xC0000005 - STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION'. (for PUBG etc.) I then continue by attempting to install the service, which then results in a prompt saying BattlEye service installation successful, after which my game launcher pops back up. Whenever I attempt to join a server, my game is crashed by the BattlEye service, which is prompting me to install the service, which I previously have already done.
