Fans of the zombies mode will immediately recognise its central building from the very first zombies map, Nacht der Untoten, but a few decades on and we’re visiting the site with a fresh perspective.
The first revealed map is set in the ’80s and is called Die Maschine. Treyarch promises that the new zombies experience will be fresh with hints of the familiar, including a new storyline set in the Dark Aether, an offshoot reality of the main zombies storylines.
